Why SafeGuard PSM

Built Different.
By Design.

We don’t send junior associates with textbooks. Every engagement is led by industry veterans who have operated the units, run the PHAs, and owned the outcomes.

14
PSM Elements — All of Them
OSHA 1910.119 defines 14 process safety management elements. Most firms specialize in three or four. SafeGuard PSM covers all 14 with dedicated expertise — from Process Safety Information to Compliance Audits — because partial coverage creates partial protection.
Day 1
Actionable From the First Call
We don’t spend six weeks “assessing your current state.” Our structured onboarding identifies your highest-priority gaps in the first engagement, and we deliver a gap-closure roadmap before the first invoice is due.
Field
Operators Who Became Consultants
Our team has worked inside refineries, chemical plants, and LNG terminals — not just audited them. That field context is the difference between a recommendation that looks good on paper and one that can actually be implemented safely.

Our Mission

Process safety management exists for one reason: to prevent catastrophic incidents that kill workers and destroy communities. At SafeGuard PSM, we don’t treat compliance as a checkbox exercise — we treat it as the foundation of safe operations. Every document we write, every PHA we facilitate, and every PSSR we lead is driven by that principle.
